Precautions for maintenance and replacement
When replacing the compressor, it is necessary to ensure that the voltage, the number of pulley grooves, and the size of the clutch are compatible with the original model. For example, the DH225-7 should correspond to the 10PA15C model to avoid installation failures caused by inconsistent specifications.
Standardized installation process: Before installing a new compressor, an appropriate amount of PAG or POE-specific refrigeration oil should be added. When connecting the pipelines, apply refrigeration oil to the sealing ring and then tighten the bolts according to the torque. Before adding refrigerant, it is necessary to evacuate the air for more than 30 minutes to remove the moisture in the system. R134a model refrigerant should be preferred. The amount of refrigerant added should comply with the model standard. Too much or too little will affect the service life of the compressor.
Long-term parking maintenance: If the excavator is parked for a long time, the air conditioner should be turned on and run for 10 minutes every month to allow the refrigeration oil to circulate, preventing the aging of the compressor's sealing parts and the rusting of internal components. At the same time, the dust on the surface of the compressor needs to be cleaned, and proper protection measures should be taken to avoid being bumped by foreign objects.
